The Department of Information Technology was established in 2018. From the Beginning the department of Information Technology is committed to providing the highest quality technology services and support, thereby enhancing the operation, management, research, and educational capabilities within the university.
The department is dedicated to provide the premier technology services and support with quality, in this manner enhancing the I.T operation, management, research, and learning capacity in the university.

Systems Support

The Department of Information Technology provides system support to installs, tests and maintains software products and operating systems for all System within university. Also provides technical support and consulting to operations and other staff in variety of projects and topics as requested.

Video Conferencing

Video Conferencing Services is fully equipped to handle all University‘s academic and administrative video conference needs to provide the highest quality video conferencing services possible. Academic and management use this facility to participate in lectures, workshops and meeting form different university within or outside of country.

Establishment of Smart Classroom

In 2025, a fully equipped Smart Classroom was established to enhance the quality of teaching and learning through modern technology. This facility is designed with state-of-the-art infrastructure, featuring high-speed internet connectivity, interactive smart board displays, HD video conferencing systems, and multimedia resources.
The Smart Classroom enables seamless remote classes, virtual interview sessions, and collaborative online research activities, allowing both faculty and students to connect and engage effectively from any location. It also supports hybrid learning models, digital content sharing, and real-time interaction between instructors and learners.
This initiative reflects our commitment to integrating technology into education, fostering innovation, and providing an engaging, efficient, and globally connected learning environment for our students.

Communication Technology Services

The IT Department efficiently manages and maintains the institution’s comprehensive communication infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and uninterrupted access to essential digital services. This includes the provision and maintenance of high-speed Wi-Fi, voice, video, and data networks across the entire campus.
In addition, the department oversees integrated voice response systems, advanced telephony solutions, and a robust wide area network (WAN) that connects multiple facilities and supports real-time collaboration. These systems enable smooth internal and external communication, online meetings, virtual classes, and administrative coordination.
Through continuous monitoring, upgrades, and technical support, the IT Department ensures reliable and secure communication channels that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and promote an efficient flow of information throughout the organization. This commitment to technological excellence contributes significantly to creating a modern, connected, and digitally empowered campus environment.

IT department provides and manages Wi-Fi services within University.

I.T Training Program

IT department has also started a Student’s/Admin staff IT training program. This program covers all the Basics and Professional knowledge of IT.
